Fenrir Consult is engaged in People and Project Management since 2004. Its main objectives are coaching individuals in their current or towards a new work environment as well as integrating projects to a better extent in existing company structures. Fenrir Consult aims to effect change and adaptation from within, to work direct and hands on and is inspired by natural forms of cooperation where one combines individual strengths to effectively work towards a goal that would be impossible to be achieved by the individual alone. Experienced project consultants as well as specialists in the field of psychosocial frameworks and related evidence-based techniques ensure thorough support .

Fenrir Consult is sinds 2004 actief in People- en Project Management. Het doel is zowel om mensen beter te begeleiden in of naar hun (nieuwe) situatie als projecten beter te integreren in bestaande omgevingen. Fenrir Consult streeft naar aanpassing van binnenuit, werkt direct en “hands on” en inspireert zich hiervoor op natuurlijke samenwerkingsverbanden: sterke individuen die gebruik maken van elkaars kunnen om zo meer te bereiken. Zowel business ervaren project begeleiders als specialisten op vlak van psychosociale denkkaders en evidence-based technieken staan in voor een gedegen ondersteuning.
